Note: Make sure the vacuum is turned off and power cord is unplugged.

  1. Step on the handle release to lower the hand.
  2. Turn the vacuum face down on the floor.
  3. Check the brush roll bar for debris.
  4. Use scissors to clip heavy threads or strings. Ensure not to cut any bristles off the bar.

Note: Make sure the vacuum is turned off and the power cord is unplugged.

  1. Put the product on a flat surface, with the wheel face upwards.
  2. Use a Philips screwdriver to remove 6 screws at the bottom of the base and lift out the brush cover.
  3. Rotate the right end of the brush roll bar and lift it out, then lift out the left end of the brush roll bar.
  4. To replace the belt, position a new belt around the motor shaft.
  5.  Loop the new belt around the brush roll bar shaft at the left end of the brush roll bar.
  6. Insert the left end of the brush roll bar first, and align the brush roll bar end cap with the slot until it fits into position.
  7. Press the right end of the brush roll bar into position.
  8. Refit the brush roll bar cover and twist the 6 screws into the base.

The vacuum cleaner has a special thermostat that protects the vacuum in case of the motor overheating. If the vacuum suddenly shuts off, try the following:

  1. Push the power switch off and unplug the vacuum.
  2. Check the vacuum for a possible source of overheating such as a full dust container, blocked hose, or clogged filters. If these conditions are found, fix them and wait 30 minutes before attempting to use the vacuum.
  3. After the 30-minute period, plug the vacuum back in and turn on the switch.

If your vacuum is experiencing a loss of suction, please try the following:

  • Check for any debris or blockages in the tubing and main body.
  • Ensure the filter has been cleaned and left to dry as per the maintenance and care instructions.
  • Check to see if the issue is happening on all attachments. If it is happening with a particular attachment then check there is no damage to this attachment and it is fitted correctly.

If the vacuum is not turning on, please try the following:

  • Try an alternative plug socket.
  • Change the fuse in the plug.

If there is light and sound but the unit isn’t turning on fully, please ensure the vacuum has been cleaned correctly; check for blockages and clean the filter.

If the vacuum is hard to push, please check try the following:

  • Check for any blockages or debris in the floorhead.
  • Change the pile adjustment setting for the floorhead if available on the model (please refer to the user manual for the location).
  • Check if the issue occurs on different floor types, as thick carpets will be harder to push on.
