To remove hair and debris, try the following:
- Remove hair from the floor head brush roll by carefully using a pair of scissors. Ensure the bristles are not cut.
- Remove hair and debris from attached accessories by pressing the release button, then pulling to remove accessories away from the unit. Use a pair of long nose pliers, a thin long wire, or a narrow screwdriver to remove the hair or debris. Push the accessory back in to reattach.

To clean the pre-motor filter, please do the following:
1. Press the dust container release button, then pull out the dust container.
2. Lift the cyclone filter out from the dust container.
3. Turn the filter assembly head anti-clockwise to disassemble the cyclone filter.
4. Lift out the pre-motor filter. Shake off any dust.
5. Wash the pre-motor filter, filter assembly head, and cyclone filter with water, then allow to thoroughly dry.
6. Replace the pre-motor filter.
7. Replace the filter assembly head, turn clock-wise to assemble the cyclone filter.
8. Replace the cyclone filter into the dust container.
9. Carefully re-attach the dust container.

To clean the post-motor filter, please do the following:
1. Turn the post-motor filter cover anti-clockwise until the unlock icon is lined up with the arrow icon on the handheld unit.
2. Remove the post-motor cover.
3. Remove the post-motor filter.
4. Wash the post-motor filter under running water, then allow the filter to thoroughly dry.
5. Replace the post-motor filter.
6. Replace the post-motor cover, then turn the post-motor cover clock-wise until the lock icon is lined up with the arrow icon on the handheld unit.

To clean the floor head brush roll, please do the following:
1. Press the release button, then pull the floor head away from the extension tube.
2. Lay the floor head upside down.
3. Locate and unlock, then remove the brush roll lock.
4. Push the brush roll away from the floor head.
5. Remove any trapped hair or debris. This can be done by carefully using a pair of scissors to cut through hair. Ensure you do nor cut the floor head roller bristles.

To charge the vacuum, try the following:
1. Insert the removable battery into the main unit until you hear a click.
2. Mount the vacuum cleaner on the wall bracket. Alternatively, you can charge the vacuum off the wall bracket.
3. Insert the charge cable into the charging port.
4. Plug the mains adapter into the mains socket.

If your vacuum is experiencing a loss of suction, please try the following:
- Check for any debris or blockages in the tubing and main body.
- Ensure the filter has been cleaned and left to dry as per the maintenance and care instructions.

- Securely fasten the dust container to prevent parts from moving.

- Turn off and unplug the vacuum.
- Remove any hair or debris that is tangled around the brush roll.
- Check that the belt on the brush roll is securely attached.
