If there is no sound in one of the AirPods, try the following:

  1. Check that the charging case is fully charged.
  2. Place both AirPods in the charging case and let them charge for 30 seconds.
  3. Open the charging case.
  4. Check the charging status on your Iphone to ensure both are charged.
  5. Puut both AirPods in your ears and test the audio.

If the issue persists, we recommend resetting the AirPods.

If there is low volume in one AirPod, try the following:

  1. Check for debris on the AirPod mesh and clean if applicable.
  2. Adust the audio balance on your phone to place the balance in the middle.

If the issue remains, we recommend resetting the AirPods.

If the AirPods make crackling or static sounds, check the following:

  • Check that the iPhone, iPad, iPod, or Mac is running on the latest software.
  • Check that there are no obstructions or interference between the AirPods and the device.
  • Try different apps or sources to see if the issue remains, or if it is related to the content.

If the issue remains, we recommend resetting the AirPods.

  1. Put the AirPods back in their case.
  2. Close the lid.
  3. Wait 30 seconds.
  4. Open the lid.
  5. Press and hold the Setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds until the light flashes amber and then white.

If the AirPods won't charge, try the following:

  • Check that the charging cable is fully inserted into the charging case.
  • Check the charging port for any debris or dust.
  • Try an alternative charging cable.
  • Try an alternative plug socket.
  • Leave on charge for 5 minutes to check if any light status is showing.
  • Check the charge status on an iOS device.

Unpair the connection, forget the device and try re connecting. 

Unpair and repair the device, check the connection range of the device and headset. If you are out of range this will cause the connection to drop/disconnect. 

Confirm the headset and device are connected. Check the headset is selected as the default audio device. 

Disconnect and re-connect the headset

Check there is no interference or other connections. Disconnect any other Bluetooth connections from the device.
