If your robot vacuum has no power, check the following:

- Check and clean the dust container filter and ensure the dust capture chamber is not blocked.
- Check the side brushes and roller brush for any debris build up or blockages.
If your robot vacuum has stopped working, check the following:
- Check the app to see if there are notifications for issues with the robot vacuum.
- Check the battery status, if the battery status is low when the robot vacuum started the clean and it doesn't have enough charge to return to the charging base, it will stop. Check the instruction manual for this procedure.
- Check that the wheels are not obstructed.
- Check the sensors. If the sensors on the robot vacuum are not clean, this can cause it to stop.
- Check and empty the dust container if needed.
- Check the side brushes and roller brush for any debris build up or blockages.

If your robot vacuum is spinning in circles, check the following:
- Check the app to see if there are notifications for issues with the robot vacuum.

- Open the app and check to see if there are any no-go zones added to the map.
- Ensure the mapped area is free of objects that are close together.
- The robot vacuum is designed with side brushes that spin, directing dust from the side of its path. Because of this it may not be possible to clean right into the corners of the room.
- Ensure that the correct suction setting has been selected for the cleaning surface.
- Manually remove any hard to remove residue before using the robot vacuum.
- Try to reduce the amount of direct sunlight coming into the room.
- Check and clean the sensors on the robot vacuum.
Delete the current map and create a new one. Check the instruction manual for this process.
