If your firestick is displaying a pink hue on your screen, try the following:
- Go to Settings on your FireStick.
- Go to Display & Sounds.
- Go to Display.
- Go to Dynamic Range and set this to Adaptive.

- Go to Settings.
- Select My Fire TV.
- Select Restart.
If the Fire TV Logo is stuck on the TV screen, try the following:
- Restart your Fire TV device.
- Use the supplied power cable to ensure the device has power.
- Let the device sit for 25 min (turned on) or until the screen changes.
- If possible, try with and without an HDMI adapter or extender to see if this makes a difference.
- Ensure that you're using a high-speed HDMI cable.
- Try using a different HDMI port on the TV.
- If you are using a HDMI hub, try plugging the Fire TV device directly into the TV.
- Try the Fire TV stuck on another TV to see if this works.

If the Fire TV is showing a blank TV screen on Fire TV devices, try the following:
- Restart your Fire TV device.
- Use the connection equipment that came with your device.
- Connect Fire TV device directly to the television without any sort of extension or adapter.
- Disconnect the Fire TV device from the HDMI port then plug it back in.
- Try replacing your HDMI cable or HDMI hub (not included) with a new one.
- Use a High-Speed HDMI cable (not included) for streaming titles in 4K Ultra HD.
- Ensure the TV is on the correct input source.
- Turn off HDMI-CEC Device Control in Settings under Display & Sounds, then turn HDMI-CEC Device Control back on.
- Cycle the available resolutions on your Fire TV device by pressing and holding the Up and Rewind buttons together for five seconds. Allow your device to cycle through all available resolutions.

If you cannot get your Fire TV to power on, try the following steps:
- Replace the batteries in your remote.
- Use the supplied, or Amazon compatible, power cable to ensure the device has power.
- Unplug the power cord from your device or wall outlet for several seconds then plug it back in.
- Press the source or input button on your remote and ensure your TV input matches the name or number of the HDMI port your Fire TV is plugged into (often located on the back of your TV).
- Use an HDMI cable rated for high speed (you can purchase this separately).
- Unplug your Fire TV from your HDMI hub (if you're using one) and plug it directly into your TV's HDMI port.

- Unplug your Fire TV and wait 60 seconds.
- Press and hold the Left button, Menu button, and Back button at the same time. Hold them for 12 seconds.
- Release the buttons and wait 5 seconds.
- Remove the batteries from your remote.
- Plug in your Fire TV and wait 60 seconds.
- Put the batteries back in your remote.
- Press the Home button on the remote.
