  • Ensure the outlet is working by testing it with another device.

  • Unplug the device and plug it back in after 30 seconds.

  • Try a different wall outlet.

  • If still unresponsive, the device might be defective.

If your Amazon Echo Flex will not connect to the Wi-Fi, please check and carry out the following:

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi password is correct.

  • Place the Amazon Echo Flex closer to your router.

  • Restart your router and Amazon Echo Flex.

  • Use the Alexa app to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings: DevicesEcho & Alexa[Your Echo Flex]Wi-Fi NetworkChange.


If your Amazon Echo Flex does not respond to "Alexa", please check the suggestions below to help solve the issue:

  • Make sure the microphone isn’t muted (check for red light).

  • Speak clearly and use the wake word correctly.

  • Check the Alexa app for alerts or network issues.

  • Try a factory reset

  1. Press and hold the microphone off + volume down buttons for about 20 seconds.
  2. Wait for the light ring to turn orange.
  3. Set up again via the Alexa app.
