If the drum isn’t reaching a fast spin, try the following steps:

If a programme isn’t starting, try the following steps:
- Check the load. The load should be between ½ to ¾ full. Any less and the weight will not be recognised. Over ¾ full and the drum may not move. Different clothing, such as hoodies, weigh more than other items so therefore you may be required to put less in.
- Check that the door has been locked correctly and the programme has been selected.
- Ensure water is entering the appliance. If not, check the inlet pipe and check that the tap underneath the sink is fully open.
- Check to see if a delay timer has been set.
- Check for any error codes on-screen and refer to your user manual.
- Drain the filter out slowly and check for any blockages. Then clean the filter and refit.
- Check that the outlet pipe does not have any kinks or bends that could be restricting the water flow.
- Check for any blockages in the outlet pipe that could be preventing the water from draining.

If there is no power going to the appliance, try the following steps:
- Check that the socket is by working by trying another device in this socket, or trying this appliance in another plug socket.

- Check that the load is not too large. If the clothes are crammed and bunched together it can cause the appliance to move.

If the door isn’t opening, try the following steps:
- Turn the dial on and off.
- Check if there is still water in the appliance. If so, turn the dial to spin to drain out any water.
- If it isn’t completing the spin cycle then check the filter and outlet pipe for any blockages. They may need draining out if there is a blockage.
- Try a power cycle. This is performed by disconnecting the unit from the mains socket and holding down the power button for 10 seconds.
- Leave the appliance a few moments after a cycle has finished to try opening the door. This is because child lock may be on.

If the appliance is noisy, try the following:
- Drain the filter out slowly and check for any blockages. Then clean the filter and refit.
- Check that the paddles inside the drum are not loose.
- Ensure there is a 2cm clearance around the whole appliance.
- Ensure the appliance is on a level surface.
- Check the seal and pockets after the wash in case anything has gotten stuck.
- Ensure the loads are no bigger than ¾ full as the clothes may become bunched up and could cause the noise when trying to complete a spin. Different clothing, such as hoodies, weight more than other items so therefore you may be required to put less in.

If your appliance is not taking softener or conditioner, try the following:
- Check water is going into the drum. If there isn’t this may be a water issue and we would recommend checking the inlet pipe and ensuring the door is locking.
- Clean the softener drawer by removing it and soaking in warm water.
- Clean the jets above where the drawer sits.
- Ensure too much powder isn’t being used as this can become thick once wet.
- Check for any error codes on-screen and refer to your user manual.

If there is damage to clothing when using the appliance, check the following:
- Ensure it is not being overloaded.
- Check that the correct detergent is being used. This is because some detergent can be quite harsh for more delicate clothes.
- Use the correct programme. Certain programmed may be quite harsh for particular items of clothing. For example, fast cycles may not be suitable for delicate clothing.

If your clothes do not smell nice after a wash, check the following:
- Ensure the drum isn’t being overfilled. If clothes are too crammed then they will not be cleaned correctly.
- Do not over fill the conditioner. The conditioner is released into the drum near the end of the cycle. If there is too much in the drawer it will be released earlier and be washed away.
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance is carried out regularly to remove any grime deposit.
- Ensure the inlet pipe is clean. You can remove this and run some hot water through to check.

If the drum isn’t spinning, check the following:
- Is water entering the drum? If there isn’t any water entering the drum then ensure the door is locked correctly and the water tap is open.
- Check that the correct load size has been used for the selected programme to prevent unbalancing the load.
- Drain the filter out slowly and check for any blockages. Then clean the filter and refit.
- Check that the outlet pipe does not have any kinks or bends that could be restricting the water flow.

If water remains in the softener drawer after a cycle, check the following:
- Ensure the filters are checked and cleaned regularly.
- Clean the detergent drawer.
- Try a hot wash with nothing in the drum.

- Wipe the seal to ensure nothing is stuck there.

If you are experiencing your cycle temperature jumping to 60 degrees regardless of what setting is used, this is because the cycle stages and cycle temperatures share the same display light.
When a temperature is selected and a cycle started, the light will show 60 degrees as this is displaying that the Wash part of the programme is in progress, this light will move down with each stage of the cycle.
If you want to check what temperature you have set a cycle, simply press the Temp button once. This will momentarily show you your selected temperature before moving back up the cycle stage.
Cotton 90 degree:
Maximum load is 8kg. The temperature can be set lower if needed. This means the drum can be full with light wear clothing. I.E. t-shirts, vests, nightwear or bedding. If the Clothing is heavier i.e. jogging bottoms, sweatshirt, jeans or towels you can only put a few of these in, (4kg) otherwise you will be overloading.
Cotton Pre-wash:
Maximum load is 8kg. The temperature is set at 60 degree. You can lower the temperature on this program. This means the drum can be full with light wear clothing. I.E. t-shirts, vests, nightwear or bedding. If the Clothing is heavier i.e. jogging bottoms, sweatshirt, jeans or towels you can only put a few of these in, (4kg) otherwise you will be overloading.
Cotton 60 degree:
Maximum load is 8kg. You can lower the temperature if needed. This means the drum can be full with light wear clothing. I.E. t-shirts, vests, nightwear or bedding. If the Clothing is heavier i.e. jogging bottoms, sweatshirt, jeans or towels you can only put a few of these in, (4kg) otherwise you will be overloading.
ECO 40-60:
Maximum load is 8kg. You will not be able to change the temperature from either 40-60 degree. This means the drum can be full with light wear clothing. I.E. t-shirts, vests, nightwear or bedding. If the Clothing is heavier i.e. jogging bottoms, sweatshirt, jeans or towels you can only put a few of these in, (4kg) otherwise you will be overloading.
Cotton 20 degree:
Maximum load is 4kg. This program will only wash at 20 degree, you will not be able to change the temperature. This is for your less dirty cottons. This should never be more than half full, if it half full that should be light wear clothing, i.e. underwear, night wear, tablecloths or a bed sheet. If you are going to wash towels with this program, you should not exceed 2kg.
Easy care:
Maximum load is 3.5kg. This program will wash at 40 degrees, you will be able to change the temperature to 30 degree but not higher. This program should never be more than half full, with only light weight clothing. This one can be for you blouses/shirts or trousers.
Wool:
Maximum load is 2.5kg. This is less than half full. This program will wash at 30 degree and won’t be able to change the temperature. Should only be a few items going into the drum.
Rinsing:
Maximum load 8kg. This program can be used if you would like additionally rinse your clothing. You can use this program for any type of clothing. If the items are light weight i.e. t-shirts, vests, night wear, table cloth or bedding you can fill the drum to maximum load. If the item is heavier, i.e. sweatshirt, towels, jeans or jogging bottoms, only put a few of these items in.
Spinning:
This program can be if you would like to spin your laundry out extra. You can select any spin speed.
Hand wash/delicate:
The maximum load is 2.5kg. This is less than half full, only a few items. This program is set at 30 degrees, you will not be able to change the temperature. The spin speed will be on the lowest. This is for your delicate or anything that has to be hand washed.
Colours 40 degrees:
The maximum load if 3.5kg, the drum should never be more than half full with light weight items, i.e. bed cloth, night wear, t-shirts or vests. If you are to wash more heavier items, i.e. towels, sweatshirts, jeans or jogging bottoms, should only be a few of these items. You can change the temperature to 30 degree but nothing higher.
Mixed:
The maximum load if 4kg, the drum should never be more than half full with light weight items, i.e. bed cloth, night wear, t-shirts or vests. If you are to wash more heavier items, i.e. towels, sweatshirts, jeans or jogging bottoms, should only be a few of these items. You will not be able to change the temperature.
Blouses/Shirts:
The maximum load is 4kg, the drum should never be more than half full. Due these items being light weight you can fill to just below half full. The temperature is set at 60 degree and can be lowered if needed.
Fast 60 degree:
The maximum load is 4kg. This is below half full, this can be used as a daily program. Can be used for any clothing. You can lower the temperature if needed, you can also change the spin speed.
Rapid 15 min:
The maximum load is 2kg. This is below half full. This cycle is more for light weight, not so dirty clothing. This program is set at 30 degree, you will not be able to change the temp. Due to the length of the program the spin speed will be the lowest as the program does not have time to reach the fastest. You will be able to do an additional spin if needed.
If the wash and end lights are flashing, this would suggest that the appliance isn’t draining. Please try the following:
- Drain the filter out slowly and check for any blockages. Then clean the filter and refit.
- Check that the outlet pipe does not have any kinks or bends that could be restricting the water flow.
- Check for any blockages in the outlet pipe that could be preventing the water from draining.
- Try a hot wash to give the internal pipes a good clean.
- Try a power cycle. This is performed by disconnecting the unit from the mains socket and holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

The Child Lock function allows you to lock the buttons so that the wash cycle you have chosen cannot be changed unintentionally.
To activate child lock, press and hold buttons 2 and 3 simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. ‘’CL’’ will flash on the electronic display for 2 seconds when the child lock is activated.
If any button is pressed or the selected programme is changed by the programme dial while the child lock is active, the “CL” symbol will flash on the electronic display for 2 seconds
To deactivate the child lock, press and hold buttons 2 and 3 simultaneously for at least 3 seconds until the “CL” symbol on the electronic display disappears
This would indicate the door is not shut properly.
Shut the door properly so that you hear the click. If the problem persists, turn off the machine unplug and contact the nearest authorised service agent.
The water level in your machine is below heater. The pressure of your water supply may be low or water supply may be blocked.
Turn on the tap fully. The water supply may be interrupted. If the problem persists, your machine will automatically stop after a while. Unplug your machine, turn off the tap and contact the nearest authorised service agent.
The pump has failed or the pump filter is obstructed.
Clean the pump filter. If the problem persists and contact the nearest authorised service agent.
Your machine has excessive amount of water.
Your machine will discharge water by itself. Pursuant to discharging operation, turn off your machine and unplug it. Turn off your tap and contact the nearest authorised service.
