• Firstly, make sure the gas is turned on.
• Check the gas cylinder is not empty view our video here.
• Inspect the igniter, is it clicking?

• This could be a built-in safety feature.  
• Try turning everything off allow to cool and restart.  
• Make sure the tank is upright, and the hose isn’t kinked. 

• Clean around the knobs.  
• Check for grease buildup.  
• If still stiff, the valve may need to be lubricated or replaced.

2. Turn off everything and restart (soft reset)
3. Make sure burners and ports are clean and not clogged.

• Inspect the igniter for damage or dirt.  
• Check the connections are secure. 

• Use a lower burner setting.  
• Preheat for a shorter time.  
• Check everything is aligned and in place.
