- When the earpods are turned on, the red and blue lights of the earpods with flash alternately.
- On your smart phone, ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Select “Zero G-001”
- The earpods will now pair to your smartphone.
To power off, try the following:
- To switch ON, press and hold the Function button for 3 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash alternatively on pairing mode then automatically pair with each other.
- To switch OFF, press and hold the function button for 3 seconds while it’s turned on.
When the earpods are disconnected from any connected device, ti will automatically switch off after 3 minutes.
Alternatively, make sure the charging box is charged, and take the earpods from the charging box to power on. Put the earpods back into the charging box to power off.
To Pause/Play/Answer: Tap once on the touch panel.
To Connect to Sir: Tap the touch panel and hold for 2 seconds.
To select the next song (right earpods)/last song (left earpods): Double tap the touch panel.
To reject a call: Press the touch panel and hold for 2 seconds.
To increase the volume (right earpods)/reduce the volume (left earpods): Tap 3 times on touch panel.
The earpods do not have a charging port but have two touch points for charging on the docking. The two charging pins will connect with the two touching points on the earpods to realise the charging.
The indicator on the earpods will become red when it is charging, and it will go off when fully charged.
Charging time is about 1 hour for a full charge.
To charge the charging box, connect via a micro USB to a USB plug socket.
The charging time is about 2 hours for a full charge.
The fully charged charging box can support the earpods charging 3 times.
If there is no sound coming from your earbuds, please check the following:
- Ensure your earbuds are paired to the device. (Please check the earbuds user manual for the pairing procedure).
- Check that the volume is not too low or muted.
- Restart the device and earbuds.
If your earbuds keep disconnecting, please check the following:
- The battery may be low. Fully charge the earbuds.
- Ensure your earbuds are within range of the device. (Please check the earbuds user manual for the range limit).
- If possible, avoid using the earbuds close to other Bluetooth or Wi-Fi devices, as this may disrupt the connection.
If one earbud is not working, please check the following:
- Sync issue between earbuds. Place both earbuds into the charging case and reset them. (Please check your earbuds user manual for this procedure).
- Dirt or debris in the earbud. Carefully clean the earbud mesh with a soft nonabrasive cloth or a soft brush.
- Re-pair the earbuds. (Please check the earbuds user manual for this procedure).
If your earbuds will not charge, please check the following:
- Dirty charging contacts. Clean the charging contacts with a dry nonabrasive cloth.
- Try a different charging cable or adapter.
- Ensure the case is fully charged.
