  • Verify that the privacy shutter is open. When the shutter is closed, the camera intentionally blocks video.


  • Make sure the camera is connected to the Nintendo Switch 2 console using the supplied USB‑C cable.
  • The camera cannot be powered via an AC adapter, so it must be connected directly to the console.
