FAQs

Handheld products may take up to 16 hours to fully charge. Allowing the product to fully discharge before re-charging will ensure battery life runs at its best.

Check the charger is firmly plugged in.

Wash in warm water and allow to dry, ideally over night.

We would recommend the following to look after your mattress:

  • Regularly rotate
  • Ensure there is sufficient support from the slats and brackets underneath
  • Use a mattress protector
  • Clean using a soft brush, vacuum, and/or wash gently with warm water

To help remove odours, sprinkle baking soda across the surface and leave it to sit for a few hours. Then vacuum thoroughly to remove any residue.

Most people tend to sleep in the same position each night, which causes uneven wear in certain areas, especially where the shoulders and hips rest.

Rotating your mattress from head to foot every three to six months helps spread the wear evenly across the surface. This prevents sagging and reduces the risk of permanent body impressions forming. It can also improve your comfort and support over time.

Always refer to the user manual for specific guidance.

The edges of your mattress are not designed to support concentrated pressure in one spot. Repeatedly sitting on the sides can weaken the edge support and cause the sides to collapse over time. As a result the mattress may start to feel unstable.
