Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 - Core - Blue

The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 controller is compatible with the following systems: - 

• Xbox Series X/S
• Xbox One
• Windows 7+ (via USB or with an adapter)
• Windows 10/11 (via Bluetooth, Xbox Wireless or USB-C)
• Android
• iOS
• Mobile devices via Bluetooth

If your Xbox controller is not powering on or pairing, try the following: - 

• Check the battery: Fully charge the controller (even if the controller still has power).
• Power cycle your controller: Press and hold the Xbox button for 5-10 seconds until the controller turns off. Wait a few seconds, then press and hold the Xbox button to turn the controller back on.  

Carrying out a hard reset on your controller will erase all the controller configurations.

• Turn the controller over to locate the small circular reset button next to the left bumper.
• Use a paperclip or small tool to press and hold the button for 5-10 seconds until the Xbox light blinks rapidly.
• The controller will restart; all paired connections and profiles are now cleared.
