FAQs

Ensure your speaker is fully charged before trying to power it on. If it still doesn’t respond, try using a different charging cable or adapter. Hold the power button down for 3–5 seconds, as some models require a longer press.

Check that your speaker is in pairing mode. This is usually shown by a flashing light or a tone. Refer to the user manual.

If your device still can’t find it, try turning Bluetooth off and back on, or restart both your speaker and your device.

First, check that the volume is turned up on both the speaker and your device.

Make sure your speaker is selected as the audio output in your device’s Bluetooth settings.

If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth connection.

Bluetooth works best within about 30 feet/ 9 Meters. Try keeping your device close to the speaker and remove any obstacles between them. Interference from Wi-Fi routers or other Bluetooth devices can also cause interruptions, so moving away from those may help.

  • Try using another charging cable, adapter, or plug socket.
  • If the charging port looks dusty, gently clean it with a dry cloth.
  • Leave the speaker plugged in for at least 30 minutes before trying to turn it back on.

Most speakers can be reset by holding the power and Bluetooth (or pairing) button together for a few seconds. Reset steps can vary, so if that doesn’t work, please check your product manual for instructions specific to your model.

On your device, “forget” the speaker in the Bluetooth settings, then try pairing again. Also, check that the speaker isn’t already connected to another device nearby. Put both your speaker and device back into pairing mode and reconnect.

This can happen if the battery is low or if your device moves out of range. Try keeping the speaker within 10 ft/ 3 meters of your device. If disconnections continue, remove the speaker from your Bluetooth list and pair it again as a new connection.

First, try resetting the speaker. If the buttons still don’t respond, check the buttons are not stuck. If persists, restart the speaker and attempt pairing again.
