The display shows an E02 error code if the user pinches the brake lever when you turn on the product or if the brake is short circuited.
If the user pinches the brake when riding, the brake icon will light and no fault code will be reported.
Pinch the brake several times to check. If there is still a fault, replace the brake or the controller to test.
If the display shows an E06 error code, give the battery a full charge.

If the display shows an E07 error code, check that the motor wire is connected. If necessary, replace the motor and test.
If the display shows an E08 error code,check that the elasticity of the accelorator is normal or whether the wire is damaged.
If it is normal, replace the accelorator and test.
If the display shows an E09 error code, replace the controller on the product.
If the display shows an E10 error code, replace the controller.
Regularly check the tyre pressures with a Schrader valve compatible bike pump. Retain the dust caps.
This tyre pressure is between 35-45psi.
- Ensure the electric seated scooter is turned off before you attempt to charge the battery.
- Ensure that the charging port is clean and dry. Use the rubber bung in the port when not charging.
- Plug the charger into the power outlet, then connect the cable with the power supply (100V~240V; 50/60Hz), make sure the light on the charger is lit GREEN.
- Put the male DC connector plug into the charging port of the scooter. The indicator light on the charger should change to RED, indicating that the scooter is now being charged. When the RED indicator light turns to GREEN then the bike is fully charged. A full charge typically occurs at 4 hours.
- Please unplug the charger from your scooter and from the power outlet. Ensure the charging port cover is put back in place once the battery is charged.
