- On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and remove the Belkin AUC005 from the list.
- Locate the touch-sensitve buttons on your earbuds then press and hold the buttons for 10 seconds.
- Wait for the earbud lights to be solid.
- The earbuds are now reset.
The Belkin AUC005 case can only support wired charging through the USB-C.
- Connect the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the back of the Belkin AUC005 case.
- Plug the other end into a USB port on a computer, power bank, or USB charger.
When all lights on the charging case are lit, this indicates that the Belkin AUC005 is fully charged. The number of lights lit corresponds to the following:
- Four lights – 100% charged
- Three lights – 75% charged
- Two lights – 50% charged
- One light – less than 25% charged
To charge your Belkin AUC005 earbuds, they must be placed in the charging case.
When placed in the case, your earbuds will begin charging if there is a charge left on the case’s internal battery, the earbuds can also charge in the case while the case is charging.
- Choose the preferred ear tip size.
- Take one earbud and put it on the tip securely.
- Do the same for the other earbud.
- Rotate the earbud to slide the tip into place.

- Place the earbuds on both ears.
- Locate the touch-sensitive buttons on the earbuds. Press and hold them for 3 seconds.
- Wait for the earbud lights to turn solid.
- On your device, go to Settings > Bluetooth, look for SOUNDFORM Play on the list of Bluetooth devices and tap on it.
- The earbuds should now be paired.
If there is no sound coming from your earbuds, please check the following:
- Ensure your earbuds are paired to the device. (Please check the earbuds user manual for the pairing procedure).
- Check that the volume is not too low or muted.
- Restart the device and earbuds.
If your earbuds keep disconnecting, please check the following:
- The battery may be low. Fully charge the earbuds.
- Ensure your earbuds are within range of the device. (Please check the earbuds user manual for the range limit).
- If possible, avoid using the earbuds close to other Bluetooth or Wi-Fi devices, as this may disrupt the connection.
If one earbud is not working, please check the following:
- Sync issue between earbuds. Place both earbuds into the charging case and reset them. (Please check your earbuds user manual for this procedure).
- Dirt or debris in the earbud. Carefully clean the earbud mesh with a soft nonabrasive cloth or a soft brush.
- Re-pair the earbuds. (Please check the earbuds user manual for this procedure).
If your earbuds will not charge, please check the following:
- Dirty charging contacts. Clean the charging contacts with a dry nonabrasive cloth.
- Try a different charging cable or adapter.
- Ensure the case is fully charged.
