If your blood pressure monitor has no power, please check the following:

  • The batteries are flat, replace with new batteries.
  • The batteries are incorrectly inserted. Check that the battery polarity is correct.

The cuff is too tight or too loose. Refasten the cuff and try again.

The monitor has detected motion while measuring your blood pressure. Relax for a moment and then measure again.

The measurement process is not detecting a pulse signal. Loosen the clothing on the wrist, then measure again.

The monitor did not measure your blood pressure correctly. Relax for a moment, then try again.

A calibration error occurred. (XX can be some digital symbol, such as 01,02,etc)

  • Retake the measurement. If the problem persists, please contact the retailer, or our customer service department for further assistance.

"out" refers to an out of range measurement.
