This indicates the bottom tray is full. Empty the tray. Refer to the maintenance section in the care and instruction manual. If the code is still displaying, contact the support team using the details on this page. 

It’s recommended that you empty out water by attaching the small plastic tube (included) to the drainage cap to release collected moisture into a bucket or cup of some sort. The ventilation tube and all attachments are included and extends to a good length.

If the unit does not turn on but the lights are indicating it has power, try the following:

• Drain the water out of the drainage tray.
• Try an alternative mains plug socket.
• Disconnect the unit from power, hold down the On/Off button for 15 seconds, and then plug back in.

• Ensure any nearby windows or doors are closed.
• Ensure that the exhaust duct is correctly attached.
• Decrease the set temperature.
• Clean the air filter.
