If your Filter Coffee Machine will not power on, check the following:
- Ensure the Coffee Machine is plugged into the mains and turned on.
- Try another electrical product in the same socket and see if it works. If it does not, then it may be the electrical socket is at fault.
- Change the fuse in the plug, using a fuse with the same rating 10A.
If your Coffee Machine switches on, but brewing does not start, check the following:
Always unplug the Coffee Machine from the mains before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.
- Ensure the lid is fully closed.
- Ensure there is enough water in the reservoir and not below the MIN level.
- Reinsert the filter holder and mesh filter correctly.
- Check the display, if the timer symbol is on, cancel and reset the coffee machine.

If the coffee drips slowly or stops mid-brew, check the following:
Always unplug the Coffee Machine from the mains before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.
- The mesh filter maybe not be cleaned after the previous use. Clean the mesh filter thoroughly.
- Ensure the jug has not been removed from the hotplate for a long period of time.

If there is water leaking from the Coffee Machine or is overflowing, check the following:
Always unplug the Coffee Machine from the mains before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.
- Ensure the water reservoir has not been filled above the MAX line.
- Check that the jug lid is fitted and the jug is correctly positioned.
- Ensure the filter holder is seated correctly.
