FAQs

To identify the problem, please refer to Page 20 on the user manual. If your battery is blinking abnormally, please contact DJI technical support for help.

First, please activate your aircraft by following the following steps.

  1. Make sure the aircraft and the remote controller are off.
  2. Turn on the remote controller first, and then turn on the aircraft, and then connect the app with the remote controller. Log in by inputting your email address and password (If you haven’t registered yet, please register first).
  3. Follow the directions on your app, and then your aircraft will be activated.
Flight time varies depending on environmental conditions and usage patterns, but the Intelligent Flight Battery is designed to provide up to 23 minutes of uninterrupted flight time when fully charged for the Phantom 3 Professional and Advanced and 25 minutes for the Phantom 3 Standard.
The Phantom 3 Professional and Advanced can reach distances of up to 3.1 miles (5 kilometers) away from the pilot and up to 1,640 feet (500 meters) above the takeoff point. The Phantom 3 Standard can reach distances of up to 0.6 mile (1000 meters) away, and climb to the same height as the Professional and Advanced. The height limit recommended for safety and cannot be changed. Signal transmission distance will vary depending on environmental conditions.
Turn off the Over Exposure Warning in your settings and the zebra patterns will disappear.
No. The included Remote Controller can be used to control both the aircraft and the gimbal tilt at the same time.
Please make sure you plug the cable in the remote controller tightly when you charge.
It takes 2.5-3 hours to charge the remote controller of Phantom 3 Professional and Advanced and 4.5-5 hours to discharge them (while they’re connected with a mobile device). It takes longer if there’s no mobile device connected. The time to charge the remote controller of Phantom 3 Standard depends on the charge current of your charger. If you use a 1.5 ampere charger, then it takes about 2.5 hours for a controller to be fully charged. Otherwise, the charge time differs according to the charge current.
It takes 67 minutes to charge a battery via the Phantom 3 Professional charger and 96 minutes via a Phantom 3 Advanced charger.
