PDP Switch REMATCH GLOW Wireless Controller - Mario Icon

This controller is designed and produced exclusively for Nintendo Switch and is not compatible with PC.

If the controller is not recognised, check the following: 

Note: Please remove your Nintendo Switch console from the Dock and connect your Joy-Cons to your console. 

1. At the Nintendo Switch home screen, select the System Settings button. 
2. Now, go down to the Controller and Sensors option and select it. 
3. Next, scroll down to the bottom until you see the Disconnect Controllers options and select it. 
4. Now press and hold the X button on your Joy-Con. This will disconnect all controllers that are connected to your console. Once this is done, your Joy-Cons will automatically pair to your Switch. 
5. Go back to the Nintendo Switch home screen 
6. Select the controller settings option. 
7. Now select Change Grip/Order. 
8. Next press and hold the Sync Button which is located on the top of the controller. 
9. You should see the green LEDs start to flash. If they turn off, continue to hold the sync button and press the A button. 
10. The controller should then appear on the screen, if it does, this means your controller is paired to your console.  

1. Make sure your controller is unplugged from the Switch Dock.
2. Press and hold the down button from the D-Pad. 
3. Connect the cable to the Switch Dock. 
4. Let go of the down button from the D-Pad. 
5. Press A button once. 
6. Rotate both analog sticks 4 times (Clockwise). 
7. Press the down button from the D-Pad.

If there is no power, try the following: 

1. Make sure the controller is turned off and unplugged.  
2. Remove the back paddle from the controller.  
3. In the top corner of the right back paddle (Left if looking from the bottom) there is a little black button recessed (RESET button).  
4. Press and hold this button for 30 seconds.  
5. Re-install the back paddle.  
6. Plug the controller in to charge fully.
