Unfortunately, we do not stock spare batteries for the chainsaw. However, if you already have this item and your batteries have developed a fault, please call 03456052067 for further advice.

The battery pack comes partly charged. Charge the battery pack for at least 60 minutes before first use. Once depleted the charger will auto charge the batteries based on many factors and time can't be estimated. The charger light will turn green once they are fully charged.

If your chainsaw fails to start, please check the following: 

Ensure the chainsaw is turned off before carrying out any inspection or maintenance. 

Check your user manual for the below procedures. 

  • Ensure the battery is correctly fitted and fully charged.
  • The chain brake maybe blocking the saw chain. Check and release the brake chain.

If your chainsaw motor runs but the saw chain does not rotate, please check the following: 

Ensure the chainsaw is turned off before carrying out any inspection or maintenance. 

Check your user manual for the below procedures. 

  • The chain brake maybe blocking the saw chain. Check and release the brake chain.
  • Chain tension is too loose or too tight. Adjust the chain tension.
  • Check the chain oil tank and fill if necessary.

If your chainsaw guide bar and saw chain is overheating, please check the following: 

Ensure the chainsaw is turned off before carrying out any inspection or maintenance. 

Check your user manuals for the below procedures. 

  • Ensure the chain tension is not too tight.
  • Check the chain oil tank and fill if necessary.

If your chainsaw cut is poor, please check the following: 

Ensure the chainsaw is turned off before carrying out any inspection or maintenance. 

Check your user manual for the below procedures. 

  • Ensure the saw chain is correctly installed.
  • Check the saw chain tension.
  • The saw chain maybe blunt. Sharpen the cutting teeth or replace the saw chain.
