  1. Firstly, make sure the gas is turned on. 
  2. Check the gas cylinder is not empty view our video here. 
  3. Inspect the igniter, is it clicking?

  2. Turn off everything and restart (soft reset) 
  3. Make sure burners and ports are clean and not clogged.
  1. Check for blockages in the burners or tubes. 
  2. Make sure the burner knobs are fully turned on. 
  3. Clean any grease or debris off the burners.
  1. Inspect the igniter for damage or dirt. 
  2. Check the connections are secure. 
  1. Clean the burners and grates. 
  2. Check if any burner holes are blocked. 
  3. Make sure the grill is on a level surface.

This could be a sign of too much air mixing with the gas.
