If your microwave has no power, try these steps:
- Unplug the microwave from the plug socket. Hold down the Start or Stop button for 10 seconds whilst unplugged, and then plug back in.
- Try an alternative mains plug socket, not an extension lead.
- Change the fuse in the plug.

If your microwave is not heating properly, try these steps:
- Ensure the microwave is not on a defrost setting.
- Ensure the heating time is appropriate for the item you have placed in the microwave.
- Unplug the microwave from the plug socket. Hold down the Start or Stop button for 10 seconds whilst unplugged, and then plug back in.
- Try an alternative mains plug socket, not an extension lead.

If the turntable isn’t spinning properly, try these steps:
- Check for any debris or obstructions around the turntable.
- Ensure it is seated correctly.
- Check that the item being placed in the microwave is the correct size. If it is too large it may catch on the top of the microwave, preventing it from turning correctly.

If the light bulb has stopped working, try these steps:
- Unplug the microwave from the plug socket. Hold down the Start or Stop button for 10 seconds whilst unplugged, and then plug back in.
- Try an alternative mains plug socket, not an extension lead.

To clean your microwave, do the following after each use:
- Wipe away any condensation from the walls.
- Remove any loose debris with a microfiber cloth.
- Use warm soapy water to clean and avoid harsh abrasives.
If your microwave has condensation on the walls, this is expected if you are cooking something with high moisture content.
After each use you should ensure the walls are wiped down and the door is left ajar to encourage any existing condensation to evaporate.
