If the appliance only dispenses water and not coffee, try the following:

  • Ensure the bean container has coffee beans inside.
  • Ensure the beans are not too oily or falling in the grinder. You can try gently tapping the bean container, trying different coffee beans, and cleaning the bean container with a damp cloth.
  • Slide the brewing unit into place to check it is inserted properly.
