Aquaclean protects against most household stains including wine, ink, sauce, grease, mud, chocolate and cream from your fabric with only water. Tough stains may need a little washing up liquid to help ease the stain.

1. Remove any excess residue on the upholstery
2. Apply water over the stain, either directly or using a damp cloth. Wait a few seconds. 
3. Press down over the stains with the damp cloth and rub gently over the fabric using circular movements. If the stain does not come off completely, repeat the process as required.

All cushions will naturally lose firmness in use and will soften in the first few weeks, this is normal and expected. You must regularly shake, plump and re-dress any fibre/feather filled interiors.

This would be caused from sitting on the front edges of the cushion, this will cause the fabric to become distorted. Also avoid prolonged side sitting as this can create an uneven feel, despite regular rotation.
