A small amount of air loss over time is normal, especially if the temperature changes. If your kayak is going down quickly, check the valves are fully closed and look for any small punctures.

Make sure the kayak is clean and completely dry before starting. Use the repair patch provided with your kayak. Apply the adhesive, press the patch firmly over the hole, and leave it to set fully before inflating again.

Always clean and dry your kayak before storing it. Keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Try not to fold it too tightly, as this can cause wear over time.

Inflate your kayak using the recommended pump and follow the pressure guidelines in your instruction manual. It should feel firm to the touch, but not overly tight. Avoid overinflating.
