If your wireless inkjet printer will not connect to the Wi-Fi, check the following: 

• Ensure the printer is within range of the router and not being blocked by walls or close to other electrical appliances like a microwave. 
• Check that the correct Wi-Fi password is being entered. 
• Ensure the printer is connecting to the 2.4 GHz network if it doesn’t support 5 GHz. 
• Reset the router and check that other devices connect to the Wi-Fi. 
• If you have a subscription for your ink replacement, ensure it hasn’t been cancelled by mistake. If you have cancelled the subscription, ensure only genuine replacement cartridges are being used. 

If your computer cannot find the printer on the network, check the following: 

• Ensure the computer and printer are connected to the same network. 
• Check that printer is powered on and is showing no errors. 
• Ensure the printer is running the latest firmware (check the instruction manual for this procedure). 
• Try restarting the printer, the computer and resetting the router. 

If what’s being printed is streaky or faded, try the following: 

• Most printers have as built-in cleaning cycle, check in the instruction manual how to run this cycle. 
• Check if a cartridge is low and replace if required (check the instruction manual for this procedure). 

• If the printer is not recognising the ink cartridge, check that the cartridge has been properly installed and that the protective tape has been removed. Power off the printer, wait a few minutes then power on the printer. 
• If you have a subscription for your ink replacement, ensure it hasn’t been cancelled by mistake. If you have cancelled the subscription, ensure only genuine replacement cartridges are being used.
