If your juicer is not working, check the following: 

Before carrying out any maintenance on your juicer, always unplug it from the mains. 

  • Ensure the juicer is correctly plugged into the mains socket. 
  • Confirm that the mains socket works with another appliance.
  • Replace the fuse with the same rating.
  • Check that the lid is correctly assembled and locked into place.
  • If the juicer has overheated the safety shutoff feature will prevent the juicer working to prevent damage. Allow the juice 15 minutes to cool down.

If your juicer is not producing much juice, check the following:
