Check that the heater is fully plugged into a working wall socket and that the mains power is switched on.
Ensure the heater's on/off switch is in the ON position and that the power button has been pressed.
If the heater still does not operate, test the socket with another appliance to confirm the power supply is working correctly.

Verify that the temperature setting is higher than the current room temperature.
If the thermostat setting is too low, the heater may not begin heating. Increase the temperature setting using the "+" button and allow a few moments for the heater to respond.

The heater is fitted with a thermal safety cut-out that may activate if the appliance overheats.
Switch the heater off, unplug it, and allow it to cool completely.
Before using it again, make sure the air intake and air outlet vents are not blocked and that the heater is being used in a well-ventilated area.

Check whether a timer has been set accidentally.
