Beurer IH21 Nebuliser

If the atomiser produces little or no aerosol, check the following:

• Too much or too little medicine in the atomiser. Minimum: 2 ml, Maximum: 8 ml. 
• Check that the nozzles are not blocked If necessary, clean the nozzle (e.g. by rinsing). Use the atomiser again. CAUTION: Only poke implements through the fine holes from the underside of the nozzle.
• The atomiser is not held in an upright position.
• The medicine solution is unsuitable for nebulising (e.g. too thick). The medicine solution should be specified by the doctor.

If the output is too low, Check the following:

• Ensure that the hose is not kinked. 
• Check that the filter is not blocked. Check the instruction manual for this procedure. 
• Ensure there isn't too much inhalation solution.

This is normal and occurs for technical reasons. Stop the inhalation if you hear a noticeable difference in the noise of the atomiser.
