If no sound can be heard, check the following:
- Has the battery been inserted correctly, or replace the battery with a Type 13 / PR48 and ensure the polarity is correct.
- Ensure that the volume wheel is turned up enough to power the device.
- Ensure the earplug is fully inserted and fits your ear canal.
