• The battery may be empty — place the watch on the magnetic charger using the rear charge points and begin charging. A full charge takes about 2 hours, and over‑charging should be avoided.
• Ensure the watch is powered on by pressing and holding the crown for 3+ seconds.

Check the following: 

• The magnetic charger pins must align with the charging contacts on the back of the watch. [manuals.plus] 
• The power source must be switched on. 
• Charge only until full (around 2 hours) to prevent charging interruptions. 

• During connection, ensure you press OK when the app requests permission to show notifications on the watch 
• Check that Bluetooth remains active and stable. 
• If notifications still fail, disconnect and reconnect as above to refresh permissions.
