If your air bed is new and feels like it’s sagging or losing pressure, this is a sign that it is stretching, not leaking. Simply reinflate the air bed until it reaches the desired firmness. It should maintain a constant pressure and shape within 2-3 nights.
This could be down to several reasons, such as small punctures, loose or faulty valve.

- Check for leaks in the air bed by listening for hissing noises or using soapy water to create bubbles that will form where the air is escaping.
- Check that the valve is securely fitted or replace the valve to stop further deflation.
The weight capacity is the maximum weight the air bed can hold.
- For single air beds the average weight capacity is between 100-150kg.
- For double air beds the weight capacity is between 200-300kg.
Please check the packaging or the user manual for further information.
Yes, your air bed can be inflated or deflated without the built-in air pump using a compatible external air pump. Refer to your user manual for instructions.
On certain air beds the built-in air pump cuts out after 5 minutes of continuous use to stop the air pump overheating.
After each use, the built-in air pump should be allowed to completely cool down before using again.
If you think you have a puncture, follow these instructions:
- Firstly, fully inflate the air bed.
- Locate the puncture by spraying washing up liquid across the section of the inflatable that you believe to be punctured and look for bubbling, as air escapes.
- Clean and dry the area.
- Mark the hole.
- Deflate the air bed.
- Apply the patch to the punctured area and hold for 30 seconds.
- Allow 30 minutes for the patch to settle and fully adhere.
- Inflate the air bed and check that the puncture has been repaired.
