Marshall Willen II Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Black & Gold

• Turn your speaker on 
• Push the Bluetooth button until the LED turns to slow blue pulse. 
• Activate Bluetooth on your audio device list and select Willen II from your audio device's Bluetooth list. 
• Download the Marshall Bluetooth App to adjust your speaker's settings and keep your speaker updated with the latest firmware.

• If the Bluetooth connection is dropping out, there are a few options you can try to solve the problem. 
• Move the speaker and audio device closer to each other, so that they are unobstructed by obstacles such as walls or doors. 
• Move the speaker further away from electrical devices that use the same frequency range. Such as microwave ovens, wireless network adapters and fluorescent lights.

• Reset your speaker to factory settings, erasing all previous configurations and connections, useful for troubleshooting or new users. 
• Push and hold the media control for more than 10 seconds and the speaker will reset. 
• Remove from your audio device’s Bluetooth list before pairing again.  

Note: 

This will delete all user settings and the speaker needs to be set up again. 

A factory reset will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.

• Keep it clean and dry.
• Avoid overcharging the battery.
• Update the firmware when available.
