FAQs

Please ensure you use the charging lead provided and plug into the round DC charging port. Once the charger is correctly inserted and powered a small blue LED will light at the charge socket to show that the tablet is being charged. If the battery is completely exhausted it may take up to 10 minutes charging before the tablet will boot. Unlike many tablets, this device CANNOT be charged using the micro USB socket.

Charge your device (minimum of 10 minutes) then switch on normally. If this does not work, press the ON/OFF button for at least 10 seconds to reset.

Decrease the screen brightness and turn off the wireless connections if not in use.
Close all apps which are not currently being used, this will improve any speed issues.

Please press the ON/OFF button for at least 10 seconds; this will reset your tablet.
