FAQs
If your stand mixer will not turn on, please check the following:
- Check that the stand mixer is plugged into the mains power.
- Ensure the speed control is set onto the correct speed.
- Turn the stand mixer off, wait 10-15 seconds, then turn it back on. If the stand mixer still does not start, allow it to cool for 30 minutes before turning it back on.
- Change the fuse in the plug.
If the flat beater hits the bowl, stop the mixer, see the "Beater to Bowl Clearance" section in the manual and adjust the beater to bowl clearance.
Under heavy loads and extended mixing time periods, the top of the stand will get hot. This is normal.
