Amazon Fire TV Cube with Alexa, 4K Ultra HD and Live TV

If your Fire TV Cube won't turn on, please check the following:

• Make sure the power adapter is securely plugged in.

• Try a different power outlet.

• Unplug the device for 1 minute, then plug it back in.

• If the light doesn't come on, contact Amazon Support – it may be a hardware issue.

• Confirm the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the Fire TV Cube and the correct HDMI input on your TV.

• Try switching HDMI ports.

• Ensure your TV is set to the correct HDMI source.

• Use the HDMI extender if the Cube is too close to the TV or other devices.

• Go to Settings > Display & Audio > Display > Video Resolution, and set it manually to 1080p or 4K, depending on your TV.

• Disable Match Original Frame Rate to reduce flickering.

• Try a different HDMI cable if issues persist.

• Check volume on the TV and any connected sound system.

• Go to Settings > Display & Audio > Audio and verify the audio format (try setting to PCM if using older speakers).

• If using a sound bar, try bypassing it to test directly on the TV.

Go to Settings > Display & Audio > Audio > AV Sync Tuning and follow the on-screen instructions.
