If the circular saw will not start, check the following:

• Ensure the battery is fully charged.
• Ensure the battery has been correctly fitted (Check the instruction manual for this procedure).
• Check that the lock off button is not engaged.

If the saw stops during cutting, check the following:

• Ensure the battery is fully charged before using the saw.
• Try reducing the feed rate, pushing too hard can overload the motor.

If cut quality is poor on the saw, check the following:

CAUTION: Ensure the lock-off button is engaged.

• Check the blade for resin or debris, sharpen or replace the blade if it is dull.
• Ensure the shoe (base plate) is pressed firmly against the work piece.
