If the saw will not start, check the following:

• Check that the lock-off button has not been activated.
• Ensure the battery has been fully charged and he been inserted correctly.

Check the instruction for the above procedures.

If the saw vibrates excessively, check the following: 

• Ensure that the correct blade is being used for the material you are cutting.
• Check that the blade is not damaged or dull.

If your impact driver will not start, ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted into the impact driver (Check the instruction manual for this procedure).

• Check the battery level, before using the impact driver and ensure the battery is fully charged. 
• Check that the battery has been properly fitted (check the instruction manual for this procedure). 
• If the impact driver has been overloaded and overheated, it will stop. Allow the impact driver time to fully cool before using it again. 

• Check the bit for wear and damage as this can cause slipping. 
• Ensure the bit is fully inserted until it clicks into place.
