The oven dials can be removed on this unit for cleaning purposes.
To refit the dial, use the following steps:
- Put the dial back together by fitting the spring inside the main part of the dial.
- Fit the dial collar around it.
- Push the dial back onto the main unit.
- Turn the dial around until it clicks securely into place.

If you are getting uneven cooking results, check the following:
- Check that the door is closing fully. If not, check to see if the hinge needs to be realigned to the unit.
- Check and clean the door seal to remove any dirt or debris that could be creating a gap.
- Check that the control knob has been turned to the correct temperature and function for the food being cooked.
- Ensure all food is placed centrally upon a shelf and not at the back of the oven. We recommend positioning in the middle shelf if cooking on one tray to get heat from all angles.
- Ensure the door is not opened too much during cooking. Frequently opening the oven door can will lower the internal cooker temperature, which can result in food being unevenly cooked.
