 This is often caused by connection or signal problems 

• Make sure the strip is powered on.  
• Check your phone is connected to the correct Wi-Fi.  
• Restart the app or reconnect Bluetooth/Wi-Fi.  
• Replace the remote batteries (if using a remote).  
• Re-pair or reconnect the strip in the app. Refer to the manual for specific steps.

This is usually a power issue. Try the following: 

• Make sure the power adapter is plugged in securely.  
• Try an alternative socket.  
• Ensure all connectors are properly attached.  
• Confirm the controller (if included) is connected correctly.

• Turn the strip on.  
• Press and hold the reset button on the controller (Refer to user manual) for 5–10 seconds. 
• Power cycle the strip: 
• Turn it off and on 3-5 times.  
• Look for flashing lights to confirm the reset.  
• Reconnect the strip in your app.
