If your Ice Cube Maker will not power on, check the following:
- Ensure the Ice Cube Maker is plugged into the mains and turned on.
- Try another electrical product in the same socket and see if it works. If it does not, then it may be the electrical socket is at fault.
- Change the fuse in the plug, using a fuse with the same rating 10A.
If Ice sticks together during the ice making cycle, this may indicate that the water temperature is too low. Refill the reservoir with water between 8-25°C.
If the ice being made is poor quality (small, mushy or hollow), check the following:
- Check the water level in the reservoir. Fill the water level to the MAX level.
- Ensure the air vents are not obstructed.
