Please confirm: 

  • The unit is plugged into a working outlet.
  • The power switch is turned on.
  • The water tank is properly seated.

Try a power cycle: 

  1. Unplug the device from power. 
  2. Wait 20 seconds. 
  3. Plug back in and power on.

This could be due to the following: 

  • The water tank is empty.

  • The mist level is set too low.

  • Mineral build-up is blocking the nozzle.

  • The unit needs cleaning.

  • The room humidity is already high (some models auto-adjust).

Clean the unit thoroughly and try again. If the issue persists, contact the support number on this page. 

Only add essential oils if your model specifically includes an aroma tray. Do not add oils directly to the water tank unless clearly stated in the manual, as this may damage the unit.
