FAQs

If the keyboard isn't connecting to the computer, it would indicate that the keyboard is not properly paired with the receiver. To pair the receiver:

  1. Remove the batteries from the keyboard.
  2. Remove the USB-receiver from the computer.
  3. Insert the batteries into the keyboard, wait 3 seconds and press FN + Q + ESC at the same time (the red NUMBER LOCK LED starts to flash).
  4. Make sure the keyboard is near the USB port (within 50 cm) and connect the receiver to the computer.
  5. The keyboard should now connect to the receiver.

If the issue remains, please contact the support team using the contact details on this page.

If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected.
  • Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system.
  • If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one.
  • Set the correct language for your keyboard.

If the device keeps disconnecting, check the following:

  • Is the device within range? Make sure you are close enough to the receiver. It may seem simple and possibly not be the issue, but that must be proven or disproven one way or another.
  • Is the battery fully charged?
  • Try a different location. When using a receiver, try to move the receiver to another location, preferably from behind the device you are using our product on.
  • Is there any interference?: Are wireless devices such as a router or wireless speaker close by? Other wireless devices can cause interference.
  • Is the device you are using our product on up-to-date? E.g. is Windows up-to-date, are the USB-drivers up-to-date, etc.
  • Can the device be cross-tested? Does it happen also when you use our product on another device?

If the issue persists, please contact the support team using the contact details on this page.

If you are experiencing issues with the mouse, check the following:

  • Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.
  • Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.

If the issue remains, please contact the support team using the contact details on this page.
