If your food steamer does not turn on try the following:

• Check power source: Make sure it’s plugged in securely and the outlet works.

• Power switch: Ensure the steamer’s power switch or button is turned on.

• Fuse or circuit breaker: Check if the fuse in the steamer or your home circuit breaker has tripped.

If there is no steam or low steam output, try the following:

• Water level: Make sure there is enough water in the reservoir; fill it to the recommended level.

• Water quality: Use clean, preferably filtered water to prevent mineral build up.

• Heating element: It may be dirty or damaged—try descaling the unit with vinegar or a descaling solution.

• Vent blockage: Check steam vents for clogs or debris and clean them.

If there is water leaking from your food steamer, please check the following:

• Overfilled reservoir: Don’t exceed the max water level.

• Damaged or misaligned parts: Check for cracks or poor seals in the water tank or base.

• Improper assembly: Ensure all parts are securely locked in place.
