We recommend that you measure your opening before you buy your safety gate. The U-Pressure Fit Easy Close Wood gate fits openings between 73cm and 80.5cm without the need for extensions. If you have an opening which is larger than 80.5cm, you can use the following extensions: U-Pressure Fit Extension 8cm and 16cm. The gate can be extended up to 112cm.

The height of the gate is normally enough to stop dogs jumping up, so children and dogs can see each other without getting into trouble. However, you'll need to make sure that the kid and the dog don't make contact, for example, through the bars.

The gap between the frame and handle is part of the design. It will close when the gate is correctly fitted in your doorframe.

Install the Easy Close Extra Tall safety gate as soon as your little one starts to try to climb over the gate, or to keep dogs away from children.
