Logitech K400 Plus Wireless Keyboard

If the wireless keyboard won’t connect to your device, check the following: 

• Make sure the keyboard is discoverable by pressing its Bluetooth or pairing key (refer to your model’s manual). 
• Turn on Bluetooth on your computer and search for devices. 
• If you are using an RF receiver, unplug the USB dongle, wait 10 seconds, then reinsert it into a different USB port (avoid using a USB hub). 
• Ensure the keyboard is within range of the device. 

If your wireless keyboard randomly stops working, check the following: 

• The battery level may be low, even if it powers on. Replace or charge the batteries. 
• The USB dongle may not be seated correctly, remove it and reinsert it. 
• Ensure you are not using the keyboard close to devices that might interfere with it, such as routers, cordless phones or microwaves. 

If your keyboard has severe lag or latency, check the following: 

• Ensure your Bluetooth/wireless drivers are up to date. 
• Reduce interference by moving away from Wi‑Fi routers, metal objects, or other wireless devices. 
• Ensure the keyboard is within range of the device. 

If the keys on your keyboard are typing the wrong letters or multiple keystrokes, check the following: 

• Change or charge the batteries in the keyboard. 
• Ensure the keyboard layout is set correctly on the device.  
• Reduce interference by moving away from Wi‑Fi routers, metal objects, or other wireless devices. 

If keys are sticking on your wireless keyboard, turn off the keyboard and try the following: 

• Tilt the keyboard upside down and gently shake it. 
• Using a Q-tip cotton bud lightly dampened with isopropyl, wipe around the key edges to remove any dried residue and grime. 
• If the keycaps are removeable (check the keyboard instruction manual), remove the keycap, clean underneath the area of the keycap, then replace the keycap.
