If the wireless keyboard won’t connect to your device, check the following:
- Make sure the keyboard is discoverable by pressing its Bluetooth or pairing key (refer to your model’s manual).
- Turn on Bluetooth on your computer and search for devices.
- If you are using an RF receiver, unplug the USB dongle, wait 10 seconds, then reinsert it into a different USB port (avoid using a USB hub).
- Ensure the keyboard is within range of the device.
If your wireless keyboard randomly stops working, check the following:

- Using a Q-tip cotton bud lightly dampened with isopropyl, wipe around the key edges to remove any dried residue and grime.
- If the keycaps are removeable (check the keyboard instruction manual), remove the keycap, clean underneath the area of the keycap, then replace the keycap.
