If your air purifier is making a loud noise, please check the following: 

• The filter may be clogged and needs cleaning or replacing. 
• The fan could be obstructed or off-balance. 
• The unit may not be sitting on a flat, stable surface. 
• Inspect for loose parts or panels. 

If your air purifier is not improving the air quality, please check the following: 

• The filters may be old or incorrect for your model. 
• The room might be too large for the unit’s rated capacity. 
• Windows or doors may be open, letting in pollutants. 
• The unit might be in the wrong spot—try placing it centrally or near sources of pollution. 

• Check if it's plugged in securely. 
• Ensure the power outlet works (test with another device). 
• Make sure the power switch is on. 
• Some models won’t start if the filter cover or housing isn’t properly closed. 
• Check for a tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse.
