1. The temperature lock function is active after5 seconds of being set.   
2. Look for a padlock icon near the temperature display.   
3. To deactivate press the (-) button twice.    

Switch off the appliance and contact the support team on the support number above.  

1. Always ensure the straighteners are switched off and unplugged.  
2. Allow to fully cool before cleaning.  
3. Gently wipe the plates with a soft, damp cloth followed by a dry cloth. AVOID ABRASIVE MATERIALS AS THIS MAY DAMAGE THE SURFACE.  
4. Clean the outer casing with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

1. Try an alternative plug socket.   
2. Ensure they are set to ON.   
3. Turn off, unplug and leave for 15 seconds. Plug back in and power on.
