If your headset will not power on, check the following: 

  • Ensure the headset is fully charged (Please check your user manual for this procedure).
  • Reset the headset, locate the reset pinhole/button, then hold in for 5-10 seconds (Please check your user manual for this procedure).
  • If the battery is removeable, reseat the battery or replace the battery.

If the headset is not connecting to your console/PC, please check the following: 

  • Ensure that the headset you have is compatible with the console you are trying to connect to.
  • If the headset has a dongle, ensure it is plugged directly into the console/PC (avoid using extension USB cables or USB hubs).
  • Re-pair the headset to the console/PC (Please check your user manual for this procedure).

If the audio keeps cutting out on your headset, check the following: 

  • Ensure you are within the recommended wireless range of the headset (usually within 10m).
  • Avoid using the headset close to appliances which can interfere with the signal (Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones, microwave ovens).
  • Repair the headset to the console/PC (Please check your user manual for this procedure).
  • Ensure the firmware is up to date on the headset (Please check your user manual for this procedure).

If the microphone is not working on your headset, check that the microphone is unmuted 

  • On Xbox: Settings – Device & Accessories – Select headset – Mic monitoring settings.
  • On PlayStation: Settings – Devices – Audio Devices – Set Input Device to headset.
  • On PC: Right-click speaker – Sound settings – set headset as input device.  
  • Test the headset on another device to confirm if it’s hardware related.

If there is only one speaker working on your headset, check the following: 

  • Check the stereo balance on the headset (Please check your user manual for this procedure). 
  • Check for loose or damaged speaker drivers inside the earcup. 

If your headset unexpectedly disconnects or shuts off, check the following: 

  • Ensure the headset is fully charged.
  • Some headsets have an auto power off feature when the headset has been idle for a period of time. Check the user manual for disabling this feature.
  • Avoid using the headset close to appliances which can interfere with the signal (Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones, microwave ovens).
